Learning Italian: not just with a textbook
Of course, this list is not exhaustive. Our lecturers also use material from other sources and music, audio tracks and films are also used. Students at elementary level (A1) and intermediate level (A2) are recommended to study Italian on their own, e.g. with the help of easy reading, such as the "Easy Reader" series, the Italian crime novels from Klett and Hueber and the monthly magazine Adesso from the Spotlight publishing house.

Books to learn and speak Italian
Italian courses from level B2 and the conversation course include discussions on texts from newspapers and online magazines and - if requested by students - from Italian literature, history and art books. Learning Italian with the right book is important, but having the right teacher is even more important. Our experienced, native-speaking lecturers take you by the hand and professionally guide you step by step through the learning process.
Visit the Italienisch-Werkstatt to get to know our lecturers, for example through a trial lesson.
